Returns Policy

We endeavour to ensure you will be entirely happy with your purchase and our service.  We carefully describe our products to avoid any disappointment. If, however, you receive goods that do not meet your expectations - for whatever reason, you can return them in an unused condition within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

Once we have acknowledge receipt of your email, you should repackage and post the item(s).

We recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office when you return your item.  We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post.  

Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of the returned item.

Delivery charges and return postage charges are non refundable unless you recieved your item in a less than satisfactory condition.  In such cases your full original payment will be refunded and we will also reimburse your return postage costs.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
